“This is a very exciting Sauvignon – not at all what you would expect from Vaucluse. It’s spiced apricots and snapshots of vanilla-tinged of tarragon. A sens of restless power and energy, but there is also restraint. It curves towards the tropical papaya richness and a silk-sodden sensuality, then straightens into a tense, silvery arrow of a finish. Then pepper. A very impressive wine !”
