Top-of-the-range red wine ideal for aging, with a northern profile, a silky structure made from 90% of the estate’s finest plot of Syrah, over 40 years old, and 10% of Black Grenache.
It is a wine reminiscent of the balance of the more northern Rhône Valley, sappy, airy, deep and with a great silky texture, which can be kept for a minimum of 10 years.

“The bouquet of the Les Boussicaux cuvée reveals nuances of spices and dark chocolate as well as aromas of black berries. The wine has density, tight tannins and an acid structure that gives it pep. A Ventoux of character which with power and freshness. It needs to gain in aromatic expression on the palate. It therefore deserves a little patience. Rating 91/100 »
