Mimesis is the great red wine of Domaine Perréal produced only in great years, it comes from a rigorous selection of grapes and precise and meticulous aging work. This cuvée for keeping is a wine of great richness and a strong personality.
It comes from a unique terroir of a place called Les Boussicaux, mainly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, the real backbone of this wine, accompanied by the oldest Syrah and Grenache from the Domaine.
